Major Achievements

As Chief Marketing Officer and Double-hatting General Manager for 5 Operations, I led the Marketing Function across 75 countries and double-hatting 5 Country Operations with P&L responsibility of ca €300m with a team of 20 direct reports (15 Marketing Directors and 5 General Managers) and a total organization ca 600 people in my remit. In this role, I delayered and restructured the organization , creating an end-to-end connected marketing team around the world that reduced the innovation cycle time from 16 to 8 months and generated 40% contribution to growth. As General Manager and Marketing VP for Home and Personal Care Business of ca 500m, with a team 40 people and direct Business Leadership Team with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D in my remit, I doubled the Personal Care Business over Hair Category leadership from P&G, Deodorant Category leadership from Nivea. Together with strengthening leadership positions in Home Care Business and rebuilding the team with inclusive values as well as with a winning growth mindset.
