Major Achievements

Concurrent responsibility for two autonomous businesses employing approx 240 associates over two sites, supplying material and components into the power generation and aerospace industries. The businesses had a total turnover of £35m. Prior to my tenure the businesses were breakeven at best, with significant cash consumption. In defining a new business plan and strategy significant seven figure profits and cash generation were achieved in an eighteen month period.
