I am an executive management professional with close to 30 years experience in Investment Banking, Project Finance, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Corporate Governance, and General Management.

Major Achievements

I am the founder and Executive Partner of FACT, a leading Investment Banking firm in Egypt established since 1999 focusing on Investment Banking and Corporate Finance advisory throughout the NENA. For more than three years ending 2009, I was the Chairman of the Egyptian General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) as well as the Chairman of the Gulf of Suez Special Economic Zone Authority (the Government Organizations in charge of Corporate Registration, global Investment Promotion and Economic & Free Zones in Egypt) during which he achieved the highest Foreign Direct Investments in the history of Egypt as well as milestone improvements in Business Environment and Regulations recognized by the International Business Community and the World Bank. I enjoy an extensive network within the business communities in Egypt and the GCC region and was fortunate enough to be a change agent to a number of Government and Private organizations as well as Financial Institutions across 4 continents.
