Experience

I am a senior banking executive with over 30 years’ experience across Europe and Turkey in retail and private banking, wealth management and transformation. Most recently, I was Managing Director at OLB Germany with full P&L responsibility. Previously, I helped transform NKBM in Slovenia. I hold a PhD in Management and am based in Vienna.

Major Achievements

I played a significant role in two exits of private equity-owned European banks. In my last assignment, I led a team of 400 and managed a business with €216m in revenue, €70m in net income, €8bn in deposits, €5.6bn in loans and €6bn in assets under management. In a previous role, I helped raise customer satisfaction by over 30 points and employee satisfaction by over 50 points, modernised sales and processes.
