Experience

An expert in managing the transformation of organizations, I currently have responsibilities in managing sustainable purchasing within a French industrial group. For more than 20 years, I have been in the fields of quality management, health, environmental safety and purchasing, contributing to the strategy and financial results of the companies in which I have worked.

Major Achievements

At Cargill (1500 people – Sales 750Mio €), as Head of the quality department of the EMEA division “edible oils” (25 employees in 5 European countries), I implemented purchasing quality assurance plans by targeting strategic suppliers, become stakeholders in the division’s competitiveness: actions implemented jointly have reduced the non quality costs by 20%. I also structured and deployed the crisis management procedure for the division. This allowed Cargill in 2007 to contain a major food crisis, when we had to manage a withdrawal of products that could endanger the health of consumers.
