 Radically transformed Magotteaux’s lackluster business performance by reorganizing all site levels where operations became competitive and profitable across European markets after five years of considerable financial losses. Has generated so 7 millions € extra profit in 2 years time.  Untied Magotteaux’s rooted social and human conflict between unions and reestablished employee morale with the management team with improved relationships and trust with stakeholders.  Successfully revamped Reynolds Aluminum Inc. after its bankruptcy and sale to Remi Claeys with new strategy implementation via TQM-ISO Quality systems (50 mios € turnover after 2 years). Modernized then the plant two production lines and built new offices to improve internal morale and external brand perception. Plant produced then same volume than with 5 lines: 18,000 tons per year.  Performed by Magotteaux different sites full Change Management process leading to revitalization of these companies with increase of overall profitability (over 10 mios € )  Performed heavy Crisis Management missions with full success compared to Board objectives.  Optimized Magolux operations strategy by resolving quality and productivity issues resulting in better profitability through deployment of ISO Quality & Lean management systems with 20% gain.  Reduced by Univar France claims resolution from 250,000€ to 25,000€.
