Major Achievements

a) Increased the capacity utilisation of CPP wth generation in BCCL & IDCOL. b) As GM of BARIPADA Spinnig Mills, increased capacity utilisation of spindles, thereby increasing the productivity with generation of revenue for record achievement. c) As GM of Hira Cable Works, bagged orders of AAAC, AAC from various parties like BHEL, MPSEB,GRIDCO, PGCIL,MCL. Besides completed the backlog orders improving the liquidity to sort out statutary obligations of organisation. d) As Project head of 9.5MW CPP I was responsible for abroad training at Germany, UK, Holland. e) Posted as MD in IKWL in a most crucial period in last week of Sep'07 when the plant had been stopped due to Wild cat strike by contract labour union with chilling of MBF no1 in a lawlessness atmosphere. By dint of hard work ensured proper administration, discipline & smooth functioning of the plant.IKIWL made profit of INR 12 crores. After meeting all the liabilities & losses incurred INR 9 crores it achieved profit of about INR 6 crores during the financial year 2007-08. It was possible with various cost cutting measures, technological upgradation in production process with lower Coke rate per MT of PIG Iron, more production & value addition in PIG Iron & CI Spun pipes. f) I worked as Agent of Captive Iron & Manganese ore mines Roida-C from April 08 to Oct 08 where the mines was operated systematically with increase in raising of ores & sales. During this period the mines has made profit of INR 55 crores which is a record.
