Most recently he served as CEO of a large underground utility company in Daytona Beach, a position he held from 2001 until 2008. He also served as President, Executive Vice President and Director of The Underwood Group, Ltd., a privately held holding company for the merger and acquisition of three material handling equipment manufacturing companies in New York, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom, with combined annual revenues of $80 MM. Prior to this,his entrepreneurial skills were highlighted in a number of highly successful business start-ups during his career, during which time he founded or co-founded five separate entities. These include a residential and commercial building company in Jacksonville, Florida; a capital equipment sales company in Jacksonville, Florida; a holding company for the acquisition of a custom injection plastic molding company and an environmental systems design company in Latrobe, Pennsylvania;a real estate management and aircraft leasing company in Latrobe, Pennsylvania; a chain of Italian Restaurants in Jacksonville, Florida, and a nationwide medical supply company (ticker PSSI) with national headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida.
