Reached to1.2m+ GBP ARR and I built the team from myself to 41 people, 20 in UK and 21 in India which was mix of developers and contact support centre. Founded the company, built the team and lead all major sales activities including winning large tenders in NHS. Before starting this company I worked in equity derivatives trading desk in various investment banks in central London, streamlining the process of equity derivates trading.
