Major Achievements

As CTO at PwC, I led a major transformation to support a hybrid revenue model, repositioning team responsibilities and shifting to a coaching-focused approach. I drove business lines in product definition using design thinking, optimized platform strategy, and merged Architecture and CTO teams. I also introduced a self-service offering, improved technology strategy and governance, and incorporated real-time/generative AI for enhanced value. This resulted in a 20% reduction in IT spend, transitioned 50% of IT projects to self-service, and boosted overall efficiency by 25%. As Digital Delivery Director post-Ahold and Delhaize merger, I led a large-scale digital transformation to address late and over-budget deliveries. I reorganized the digital delivery organization, defined the post-merger infrastructure, and utilized SAFe to create a scalable delivery approach. I grew the team to 240+ members, implemented a layered architecture for governance and value creation, and consolidated portfolio management across seven countries.
