Drove sales from zero in 2001 to approximately $15M in 2013 and implemented a strategy to hit $20M by 2018. Achieved 20% to 35% operating profit YOY and registered positive EVA for 11 consecutive years until setting up a new plant in 2012. Constructed a new state of the art plant from internally generated income ($6M investment) which was the 2nd entire BW to be LEED (Green Building) certified. Established entity as market leader (OEMs) until 2011, in spite of fierce competition (currently over 65% market share).
