Relevant Accomplishments: • International Airport (EPC $680MM USD), plus 54 Facility Alterations & 56 Auxiliary Projects (Retail Stores and Services). • Program for the Construction of seven Infrastructure Projects at 2 Cities ($1.2BB USD). • A Seaport Terminal (110K SqFt - $24MM USD) in conjunction with the relocation of a $48MM USD Navy Base (500K SqFt), for Value Management of a high-end Real Estate Development ($1BB USD). • Direction & Oversight for a $8.5MM USD component (8 projects) of a Government Program. • Coordinated the consortium in the outset of Aqueduct Projects for 3 cities ($188MM USD). • EPC ($249MM USD) for Renovation of 4 Airports and the construction of 2 new Airports. • Planned and Managed Social Interest Housing construction programs of 335 and 198 units. • Developed Big Box prototypes (200K SqFt and 100K SqFt). • Project development: 25 Big-Box Retail Stores, 17 Chapels & 2 Food Gas Stations prototypes. • Developed a 44-acre Residential Community; completed more than 150K SqFt of Commercial and Custom Retail Spaces and over 110K SqFt of high-end Residential Projects. • Designed: 90K SqFt of Office Space Layout / 100K SqFt Hotel Complex / 30K SqFt High-Rise Office Building / Five High-Rise Residential Housing units (78K SqFt).
