Successfully leaded and accelerated a pending digital transformation for ISA project (70 million CHF) at a leading public transportation company in Switzerland within 15 months (much earlier than projected). Thus I was leading & establishing a new department with 10 system managers, transforming & standardizing 160 depots (2'500 buses & 155 mil. end-users) with numerous external service providers, establishing training program in different languages and deploying customized system . Under my supervision the department is actively interacting with around 100 IT specialists to serve 4'200 employees.
