Founder and Managing Director of computer technical company, after successfull operation started franchising of the said company and grew business multi-fold for 9 Years and sold running business at good valuation.

Major Achievements

I have been instrumental in building Indian operations for a US based (Nasdaq listed) company from scratch. We started with 15 -18 people(engineers) as a captive unit for R&D and software development for high end niche security machines. In 8 Years of operation in India, we became one of the biggest R&D and software development centre for the company globally with 250 engineers and 25 people in support group. We also created manufacturing unit under the same banner for manufacturing/assembling of optoelectronics product and recieved numerous awards and accolades from management and Indian government. We have been acknowledged for quality and cost effectiveness of the product. We employed 150 people on rolls and another 170 employees on contract. We started with captive revenue of USD 500,000 and achived USD 16 million in a span of 8 years. It gives me immense pleasure to share that the management showed such confidence in me and team to achieve the success and feel proud of.
