Major Achievements

As CEO/COO of a division of a UK listed company (7 countries - 1 Bio Euro - 2 000 persons), I was able to increase the operationnal profit from 21 to 25 Mio £ in 1 year, due to strong actions re cost, margin and focus on key investments. In France (distribution business) I was able to increase the sales from 200 to 350 Mio Euro sales in 7 years, through range increase, launching e commerce slutions, developping networks, targerting key/national/international customers
