Major Achievements

One assignment in Packaging industry: Due to a strongly negative financial performance during 2015 and 2016 a turnaround was needed. A reorganization was implemented in the Netherlands and a production site in France shut down A structural recovery of profitability was realized (negative EBITDA to 15%+). Managing and delivering solid growth of revenues in a variety of European countries, in particular, with respect to the explosive expansion of major e-commerce players and a variety of leading 3 PL specialists. Prepared the sale of shares of the (US-based) family-owned business. Successfully helped effectuate the sale of the company to a private equity owned US-based company.
