 Turned loss making site (-£300k EBIT per month) into flagship upholstery site making £250k EBIT per month within 2 years.  Implemented PBR system which increased productivity by 20% which enabled removal of night shift reducing labour costs by 40%.  Negotiated and agreed Laura Ashley commercial sub licence agreement with Next for exclusivity in UK.  Successfully introduced DFS, SCS and NHS into the business with projected turnover levels of £20m per annum  Successfully planned and managed the consolidation of three UK sites into two with annualised savings of £4m per annum.  Successfully managed and delivered CIRCA 1m NHS scrubs during COVID shutdown utilising our overseas facilities.  Negotiated commercial agreement with M&S to deliver growth and maintain sole supply status.  Developed and launched (patent pending) Full Circle (multi award winning) sustainable product.  Planned and developed a dedicated Simba facility with turnover of £3m within 12 months.  Successfully transitioned subcontract leather cut and sew from Thailand and integrated into our Romanian facilities.  Successfully Introduced new M1 ERP system into the business.  Reduced inventory by CIRCA £4m through real-time tracking, accurate demand forecasting, and automated replenishment  Introduced SQDCP KPI metrics to the business providing a visual representation on the management process.
