Working on operation issues at Estonian and Russian facilities, responsible for consistent definition and execution of operations across all off-shore facilities, doing ongoing salary equity analysis at all locations, ensuring that company has a consistent performance evaluation system in place, uncovering and making recommendation on legal issues relative to off-shore employment, including employment contract issues, IP issues, severance issues, options issues, etc., responsible for accurate budgeting and monitoring actual expenses against the budget across all facilities and for consistent facilities management issues across all sites, responsible for strategic corporate communications to the labs, IT management across off-shore labs.Salary Equity Analysis was provided as a basis for the whole HR process; ManPower reporting system was implemented; All the legal paperwork (labour contracts, software development contracts) was brought into accordance with the both Estonian and Russian legislation in the field of Intellectual Property.
