Implementation of an automatic production system in order to insure the production capacity of 2,6 millions orders per year, that is 8 millions parcels (this model has been used worldwide). Mandate given by Us headquarters to open Italy and Germany subsidiaries. Transportation : oImplementation of a national network for delivery in 24 hours oImplementation of a local network for same day delivery oManagement of the internal fleet (50 vehicules). For the 15 production sites of the Group, implementation of a global logistic policy: Supply chain development (setting up production and inventory control software). Implementation of a real partnership with carriers (2 billion tons per year). oOutsourcing development. oProgessive collection of the merchandise directly at the suppliers warehouses (from 0 to 80%). Management of a 33 M€ transport budget (Savings 10% the first year and budget stay the same since).  Management of 250 production sites with a 24M€ budget. 600 K€ savings for the 3 next years thanks to a lease renegociation.  Settlement of a national centralized maintenance of the production sites.  Conception of real estate management software.  Transports: 15 M€ budget (including 4 M€ for La Poste) and 3, 5% savings.  Transport commission agent for La Poste with a 20% profitability rate.  Manager of the national logistic warehouse (production capacity: 4 billions documents per year). 70 employees on site. Productivity increased by 8% thanks to process improvements.  Running of the distribution centralized network: productivity improvement of 6% by the search and use of new leverages (shortening of the length of the itinerary ran by distributors). Project Owner manager : main realization : oRe-engineering of the production software that allowed a significant increase of the productivity. In charge of industrial project (budget without real estate : 12 M€), implementation of 43 production sites with 700 employees for a 40M€ turnover.
