Earlier 16 years managed large SBUs in Australia & India for large French MNC in gases

Managing Director & COO of a AUD 50 mil Japanese MNC company in India employing 150 persons. Turned the company around to be consistently profitable and changed the culture to be professional and systems and productivity oriented. Full P&L, BS and CF responsibility reporting to the board of directors all Japanese nationals. Managed multi-site and multi business line company in the industrial and medical gases field. P&L management for about 13 years for annual business line of $45 million in Australia of a French MNC with 60 employees in my team with good use of process technology for management.
