Experience

Manager of the High Tec department of a company which closes its doors in July 1991, I decide to create my own company. I rebuy the devices involved in the developments and keep in touch with the clients. I collect the liabilities, hire two engineers, write the statutes and start-up the activity as early as September 1991. I decide to create an Incorporated Company, given the clients’ fame.

Major Achievements

I’m appointed in October 2000 to set right a 3 m€ Turn Over start-up.The business will never be profitable by staying alone, based on the analysis of the balance sheets, the incourse developments and the port-folio. With the approval of shareholders, I decide the merge of the company with three other start-ups of the group. I renegotiate supplier’s contracts, lay off 30 % of the staff, cancell the building lease and move the headquaters. After a final cash injection of 0.5 m€, the new society become profitable and begin expanding.
