I have grown a small shirt maker in just a few years, making it a multinational total look in clothing and footwear with 64 open stores and a double-digit growth trend. In this period I managed the merger between the clothing and footwear companies optimizing the resources and activating a series of synergies that led to a strong reorganization and optimization of costs, making the structure lean and efficient.
