Major Achievements

In spite of all the positive advantages on our side before the unpredicted lockdown, we were having a team of over 25 labour and three of our key resources from the projects team stranded at the site. There was complete restriction on movement of people and the scarcity of basic essentials triggered in. With putting in all the possible effort, I was able to manage and arrange a doctor from the near by government hospital to immediately visit under special conditions to medically examine the team and the labour as well as at arranged the basic essentials including getting into an contract with one of the cloud kitchen located about 30 kms from the site to arrange daily food for the people who were stuck under the lockdown. Managing and finding the solution to the people stranded at site was my biggest achievement . The same was deployed under my complete control for the people stranded at our other ongoing sites across the country and in particular the one of Vodafone which was an entire remodelling of an existing office space measuring over 200,000 sq ft .
