Major Achievements

I got a technical book `BEST OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE PRACTICES FOR EHV SUB-STATIONS AND LINES IN UPPTCL published in 2020. It is strictly followed throughout the state. Successfully implemented SAP for Maintenance & Sourcing and I4.0 for Gear Casing & Cylinder Block on Makino Machines. Imported Voith coils that were ₹42,000 each were replaced with locally made coils of ₹2500 & saved ₹20.40 lacs per annum. Savings of Rs. 18.76 lacs per annum by replacing the Hydraulic Orbital motor with a Brake motor and VFD.
