Major Achievements

I created the French subsidiary of a German group, which I`ve managed as CEO for 7 years. During this period, I relaunched a brand that was in danger of disappearing and turned around a second brand that was in decline. I tripled turnover in 6 years, and I multiplied the workforce x2 while maintaining profitability. I have launched a sales force with 17 sales reps visiting the hypers and supermarkets. I have created a board of directors, and together we have driven the subsidiary to success.
