Turnaround the Company, in terms of top line and bottom line from 2016 to 2019 to be able to deliver the first staff performance bonus in 2019 by 1) putting in place a work culture based on performance, 2) focusing on profitable growth by carefully selecting business partners who will bring quality business and 3) building a competent and result oriented team, in Kenya. 2. Coordinating the acquisition process of another insurance company in 2020 until the integration of the teams in August 2021, in Kenya. 3. Consistently growing the business profitably with double digit growth and strengthening financially the Company from AA- to AA+ by GCR rating, in Tanzania. 4. Implementing the branding exercise in 2018 in Kenya, Uganda & Rwanda and promoting the Group culture across the regions. 5. Devising strategies with other local CEOs in our subsidiaries, to promote synergies among the different subsidiaries in terms of business development by focusing on business partners who were operating in the regions.
