Created a market/product segmentation with clear roles defined which led to more effective use of customer resources within Sales and R&D and a highly focused operation. ● Identified that a key focus for the business should be to drive new sales. Successfully implemented a new sales strategy to execute this. Sales of specialties increased by 100%. ● Extended the product offering through the introduction of more specialty chemicals into the product portfolio in order to drive profits underpinned by consideration of capacity limitations. ● Increased turnover from $100m to $140m and EBITDA from $12m to $18m.
