• Pioneering the launch of the first-ever asset management platform for the largest GCC bank, which has stood the test of time & continues to be utilized today, showcasing its enduring effectiveness. • Revolutionizing the largest GCC bank`s retail portfolio with the launch of the first-ever investment advisory product, which swiftly became a core business due to its overwhelming success. • Engineering a monumental shift from manual to fully automated trading systems within a Dubai private bank, resulting in expedited trade execution, cost reductions of at least 40%, & significant mitigation of operational risks. • Achieving substantial reductions in execution & custody fees at a Dubai investment bank, yielding average savings of 50% on the first day & up to 80% across various asset classes & markets. • As Chair & CEO of the DeFi brokerage, I masterminded an unparalleled licensing & regulatory journey, revolutionizing the off-chain/on-chain DeFi brokerage & Payment platform. My visionary leadership established a prominent thought leadership position within the digital space, culminating in a ground-breaking collaboration with a renowned big-four consulting firm to co-chair a UAE digital exchange/platform working group. • Successfully forging alliances with regional regulators such as FSRA, DFSA, DMCCA, VARA, SCA, CBUAE, & CMA (Saudi), I adeptly translated & implemented global regulatory requirements for leading domestic businesses, cementing their compliance & market reputation. • Under my leadership, the organizations achieved a series of pivotal milestones, including initiating the IPA for licenses, delivering V1.0 Technology for regulatory demonstrations, securing the FSP, & launching leading edge-breaking platforms. Additionally, facilitated the acquisition of distribution licenses in key regions such as the USA, UK, Europe, & Asia through direct branch/subsidiary offerings or strategic partnerships with established local players.
