Major Achievements
During my tenure at Propertuity, I spearheaded the creation of the real estate department, starting with just myself and the company`s founder. Over the course of four years, we successfully acquired and renovated over 35 buildings, growing the department to include 20 professionals, excluding sales agents, and managing several outsourced project management firms. At Paramount, beginning in 2019, I worked alongside the CEO to pioneer a new product with a military component, which we successfully marketed to several governments using a model similar to real estate development.
