After the CEPAC, Solvay Business School, I Founded in 1983 a Belgian B2B service company: PHM Computing. The company focused on computing/IT education to middle and top management of public and large private companies. In 1996 a subsidiary was created in Luxembourg to reach a 2 mm Euro turnover with 35 employees. In 2000, PHM was N° 1 Training Center in Belgium, and N° 2 in Luxemburg.
