Have been in control of a turning around areas that are not profitable to make profit for the company. In one region in 2000/2001 the forecasted loss in revenue was going to be R3.2 million and I made the region to make profit of R2.1 million in that year.

Major Achievements

I have manged to make the field staff that were under producing to be efficient, by improving from 2 jobs a day per field engineer to 3.8 jobs per day per engineer which contributed to the most improved customer satisfaction. I have been managing the staff complement of 3800 staff with the low staff morale and this have turned around and the customer satisfaction also went up. ADSL was introduced aimed at making the profit margin of R800 000 during the first year and with the marketing startegy and plans that I put in place this went up to R1.9 million.
