Larry, a fluent German speaker, is a Board Level Interim Senior IT Executive with international experience in Blue Chip companies and as a leading Expert Witness for high value complex IT Litigations. His areas of expertise include: Financial Services, with particular experience in Treasury, Trading, Straight-Through-Processing (STP), Real-Time Systems and Outsourcing.
1) saved £30m on a £100m outsourcing contract re-negotiation; 2) saved a major international bank 20% of their annual headline costs; 3) served as Expert Witness for 23 Court days on a seminal IT litigation involving real-time systems; 4) successfully lead the implementation of a $28m cross-border (Switzerland-Germany) 150 person project in life insurance, responsible for all IT, thrid party outsourcer, risk, planning, change management, stake-holder management, budgets.
