Internal Auditor and CFO of the Suez Group in Latinamerica. The expertise & skills were achieved through many companies in differents business in differents countries.
To lead a team (about 200 people) and managing not only the strategic planning but its implementation. Many results were achieved (increase bonds qualifications from an investment grade step, increased dramatically the revenues and the level of "bad debt" from a control environment. In one word : all results coming from to redefine processes and to put it under control.
