Position: CTO/Chief Technical Officer
14 years of technical and senior managerial communication and information systems experience within the defence ICT system as an officer. Experience in EU project as an IT coordinator responsible for software design and development, collaboration portal implementation as project management tool, web sites design, and IT trainings.
• Conducting Information Technologies activities in collaboration with the beneficiaries and interactively with project’s IT-Data Software and IT-Web Design Expert in accordance with the Terms of Reference. • Establishment and implementation of Operational Systems (Client Information System-CIS), conducting needs assessment in each centre, review of existing documentation of information and coordination with stakeholders, design and development of CIS, deployment and training of related centre staff, maintenance of the system periodically, establishment of an exit strategy. • Supervising the IT Project Team, managing risks which could affect directly the Project’s plan and strategy, performing high-level quality control of major reports, performing thorough quality control of all administrative reports, representing the project in IT relations with the beneficiaries, Steering Committee, CFCU and ECD.
