Position: COO/Managing Director
C-level executive with over twenty-five years experience in high technology, particularly software, networking, telecommunications, manufacturing and integration. Wide experience in large-scale projects. Dealt extensively with IPOs, venture capital and investment banking firms. Have developed the marketing efforts of multiple companies in the US, Europe, Latin America and Israel.
Responsible for preparing the response that won the largest public telecommunications project in the history of the Dominican Republic. After winning the tender, managed the team of over one hundred engineers and technicians that set-up the CLEC that operated the project and continued to be a full-service carrier in the country. As COO, was responsible for all of the Company's operational, logistical and technical issues, as well as all the legal and regulatory aspects of this licensed carrier in the country.
