I am an international marketing executive with 15+ years of experience in FMCG categories covering Central and East European markets: Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Turkey, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia with extensive experience in running a regional business with a high level of diversity and complexity.
I have achieved solid business results in both big matrix multinational as well as smaller private companies. I led a complex EUR 330MM business out of recession with the all time high 120% YOY profit growth, transformed a niche USD 80MM business into a solid top line growth engine of USD 240MM size and 90% of the total regional profit and challenged a growing Private Label business with a 26% branded business growth and 3pp share gains in one year.
