Across more than 25 years in executive leadership, I have repeatedly led complex B2B businesses through strategic repositioning, operational redesign, commercial acceleration, and disciplined P&L management. Most recently, as CEO of INAPA Portugal, I held full accountability for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, governance, commercial performance, and operations across a circa EUR 50 million business. I designed and executed a multi-year turnaround that delivered approximately 35% CAGR from 2019 to 2024, sustained double-digit EBITDA margins, ROCE above 20%, positive free cash flow, and year-on-year net debt reduction. This was achieved by moving the business beyond a traditional wholesale model into a more digital, customer-centric B2B platform, while building new industrial, technical, and engineered packaging solutions with stronger margins and improved market visibility.
