To be a business leader known for turning around businesses in a very complex & competitive business environment having a rapidly progressive career of 23+ years in handling P&L and multi-functional exposure at leadership positions of Sales, Marketing, Business development, Manufacturing, Projects, Finance, IT etc. in various MNCs across India.
In the year 2012, under my leadership as MD & CEO – India SDCCL ( CIMPOR Group Company, Portugal ) was awarded as the Fastest Growing Cement Company in India, which went twice under BIFR earlier. As MD & CEO - Awarded Extra Ordinary Performance Bonus by Executive Committee – CIMPOR, Lisbon, just after joining 5 months SDCCL achieved highest ever profit in its history under my leadership as MD & CEO - India. Member of CEO discussion panel in the international conference at Mumbai / Hyderabad. Completed green field project, from scratch to a fully running plant. ITC won award like Sword of honour / BSC five star / Rospa / CII Environmental health and Safety Award/Green Tech Safety Award in my tenure. Completed resizing of the SDCCL by way of head count reduction in 2013 through VRS.
