 In the year 2012, under my leadership as MD & CEO – India SDCCL ( CIMPOR Group Company, Portugal ) was awarded as the Fastest Growing Cement Company in India, which went twice under BIFR earlier.  As MD & CEO - Awarded Extra Ordinary Performance Bonus by Executive Committee – CIMPOR, Lisbon, just after joining 5 months  SDCCL achieved highest ever profit in its history under my leadership as MD & CEO - India.  Member of CEO discussion panel in the international conference at Mumbai / Hyderabad.  Completed green field project, from scratch to a fully running plant.  ITC won award like Sword of honour / BSC five star / Rospa / CII Environmental health and Safety Award/Green Tech Safety Award in my tenure.  Completed resizing of the SDCCL by way of head count reduction in 2013 through VRS.
