Broad experience in IFRS and GAAP consolidated financial and managerial accounting systems (accounting policy) implementation and constant management over the Company’s (Group’s) financial state (Financial Reporting, Controlling and Internal Audit Departments); Organization and support of the internal and external audit process under IAS and IFRS (B4 approaches), successful experience in holding the negotiations with National Tax Authorities and legal tax optimisation; Advanced business modelling (Excel, Access, Data Science & Econometrics, other BI systems) for the improved budgeting, business processes decomposition and performative internal controls settlement; Further adaptive controlling over the Company’s (Group’s) budget (Beyond Budgeting), Cash Flow (Working Capital and Liquidity management), as well as detective and preventive Financial Controlling (to eliminate fraudulent actions, financial and managerial risks – SOX 2002); Quite good experience in implementation and management over the various ERP and CRM systems; Development and implementation of the KPI measures within the Balanced Scorecard System approach, detailed processes decomposition in the retrospective of KPI analytics and cost-cutting optimisation; Base experience in leading the Company (Group) up to IPO or private placement, strong experience in holding the negotiations in the scope of M&A deals and various experience in cooperation with Ukrainian and international IB consultants and Investment Funds; Honed skills in registration and management over the offshore and onshore companies, as well as tax optimisation within the holding structures and various experience in cooperation with Ukrainian and international legal and tax consultants; Strong experience in digital marketing analysis, marketing modelling and strategy development for the Marketing Department (Facebook, Google AdWords, AdColony, YouTube and other); modelling based on DAU, ARPDAU, Retention (factor) and other marketing performance measures; Some experience in Digital Marketing (certified by Google), SEO, SMM and web-sites development (PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX and some other frameworks); Adequate skills in Econometrics and Data Analysis (getting certificate on R and Python for Data Science) and advanced skills in Excel and Access modelling; Project Management/Business Development Management experience in IT/FinTech projects from the start-up to the stable business with constant growth support.
