Entrepreneurial and driven CEO and VP of Sales & Marketing, with 25 years of global business experience with expertise in startup, turnaround, and transitional environments. Proven in developing sales, recruiting, and consulting models/plans and leading the implementation and tactical execution producing cohesive, sustainable teams with consistently strong performance.
Initially hired by private software firm under a 3 to 5-year plan to assume the leadership role as the company chief executive. While pursuing multiple simultaneous growth paths our performance under a sales partnership with a global company led to our acquisition. I led our acquisition integration, and consistently grew responsibilities to eventually lead the business unit that grew from 50 to 120 people and increasing revenue over 400% from $4M to $19M in four years.
