Let’s consider for a moment, the challenges I was facing the day I was appointed COO of RAK Investment Authority, RAK UAE, amidst the chaos of a major Management reshuffle. At the time, RAKIA was maintaining more than 4,000 customer accounts worth $ 2 billion with next to zero new customer growth. As I led the organization through the early stages of 2014 not only another 4,000 customers got added but also gave GDP contribution to $6 Billion, I had to resolve and bring order to an immensely complex, multifaceted, and tumultuous situation
