Led EDR through industry disruption and M&A to include successful sale of the organization for $205MM. Immediately following the close, acquired ExactBid for $50MM and led the integration and synergies plan. ◆ Empowering Global Team Management – Passion for creating and enabling world class teams. Successfully hired, developed and managed the team at Williams Lea in a highly dynamic, cross-cultural and cross-border global environment. Designed and executed the organizational design of BPO at LogicSource resulting in organizational growth to $1B in spend under management in under 4 years. Rebuilt EDR to include highly evolved AGILE and SaaS Operations transforming platform SaaS value offering resulting in global tier banks adoption and market leader status while also optimizing operational expense.
