Returned the company to profits by identifying key drivers and managing those relentlessly. This entailed shortening lead times to allow flexibility in response to rapid changing market conditions. Changed operating practices and company behaviour to be flexible in all aspects of the business. Implemented a culture change program to enable this to be done.
