Major Achievements

In my last CEO position managed a USD1billion turn over company, 1500 permanent and 600 contract workers. 24h, 365 day company. It is a commodity business. Returned the company to profits by identifying key drivers and managing those relentlessly. This entailed shortening lead times to allow flexibility in response to rapid changing market conditions. Changed operating practices and company behaviour to be flexible in all aspects of the business. Implemented a culture change program to enable this to be done.
