Energy Savings-Utilities: Managed to do saving in O&M costs in one year of around 3.8% per TR produced totaling of around 7 million AED. Enhanced the management and execution structure by hiring caliber personals and introduced strict and innovative monitoring management systems that enabled better productivity by increasing operational efficiency.
