As COO/CEO of a Saudi Arabia group involved in construction, operations and maintenance of Oil & Gas and Petrochemical plants, achieved the change management of the organization developing departments and divisions so that can bid for major local EPC and LSTK projects. In the 5 year business plan managed to increment revenues from USD 245 Million to USD 1.2 Billion per annum, average manpower 11,000. As regional GM ( GCC) of a EU multinational, have setup and manage branches and subsidiaries in Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain,UAE and Kuwait creating new markets and generating overall more than USD 1.6 billion revenues over a 6 years period.
