• Slashed Manufacturing Costs by 9% (in 2018) and 15% (in 2019), generating a global saving of $ 39.5 million in this period in the items (MOI, OHD, MD, CMP), with the implementation of improvement programs continuous and Kaizen Dura 2.0, Operational Excellence and World Class Manufacturing principles in entire the European Division, the best performing division Worldwide; • Streamlined the DOH Pull System programs, which allowed a stock reduction over 15% ($ 59 million), with a direct impact on cash flows and liquidity, using the Lean tools, Pull System Lead Time ABC analysis, Vendor managed inventory, Heijunka JIT and Kanban; in 2019 • Led the entire Greenfield project to design and build from scratch a new factory in North Macedonia, with an area of 18,000 m2 and 340 employees, having planned recruited and streamlined the different cross Functional operational teams in just 16 months (6 months before the expected date), in 2018/9 • Developed and deployed LSM- lean manufacturing program at DURA Portuguese facilities, which allowed the Portuguese units to be 1st factory in Europe to achieve the Lean `A` Diamond award Level in 2015; • Successfully led the Plant to win the Dura Automotive Global award’s “Best Performing Plant – at Dura’s Automotive Global” awards, which rewards the best Site Worldwide in terms of KPI’s and BSC, in the years of 2013, 2014 and 2015;
