Major Achievements

In my last role as President for North America, I led a $1.3B business and 1,000+ people. Under my leadership, the company iconic 2 brands performed 2 to 6 times better than their competition. Before that, launched and build a beauty brand from the ground-up positioning it as the most luxurious and fastest growing global brand in the industry. As the Global General Manager, I worked closely with the Designer who gave his name to the brand and led the company from ideation to commercialization. I worked effectively in networked organizations, managing cross- functional & cross industry projects through systematic partnerships.
