I`m CPA Australia, MIA and MBA qualified with 27 years experience with proven strengths in accounting, sales, strategy, IT/E-commerce and leadership. My experience spans the banking and financial services, manufacturing, FMCG, F&B, retail, telco and management consultancy industries in Australia, Malaysia and Singapore.

Major Achievements

I have a broad entrepreneurial foundation and experience as a Managing Director of a management consultancy firm and Managing Director of a McDonald`s franchise and have gained commercial, sales and people leadership skills over the years. I possess a calm nature with strong ethics, soft skills and sound business judgement. I`ve led a large team of senior multi-disciplinary personnel across 3 countries and successfully completed a multi-million Euro merger and acquisition (M&A) initiative at Aliaxis. An Australian MBA-trained strategic thinker, I have turned around under-performing companies, crafted business plans and implemented strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiencies by seeking new revenue channels and pushing cost reduction initiatives. I have also engaged in commercial initiatives including business development, sales and marketing, distribution and managing advertising and promotional campaigns. I have experience in shared services implementation and I am an experienced project manager driving various regional IT projects, including an AUD 300m online banking transformation initiative at Westpac Bank Australia. I`m currently based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and I am a permanent resident of Australia. I am open to worldwide relocation.
