Managed the development and re-engineering of the Annual Business Plan Process which enhance business plans (Directed a cross functional team of 50+ engineers, business development and marketing professionals) , and cooperated with the CFO the preparation of the functional budgets and monitors financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues. Strategies and tools were putting in place creating operational efficiencies. The total amount of capital investment was 7,717 million of dollars and operation cost of 12,957 million of dollars, to support and annual average of the 1,650 million barrels of oil per day.
