Ensured comprehensive asset management and maintained site with > 650 KT per annum production capacity . The plants consists large acale production and associated utilities. Led site performance to deliver optimal results; Planned, directed and performed necessary activities of the engineering & operation department to achieve KPI and Budget targets; Directed and guided the entire team, provided necessary training, delegated task, as well as developed manpower; Evaluated all costs associated with each project and department including material cost, manpower and time required; Ensured health, safety and environment. Reviewed safety & environment standard compliance; Lead top strategic initiatives: Digitization program, Reliability audits, LSS, Site emergency response plan; Updated and adopted new technologies, latest standards and codes, as well as generated ideas; Negotiated contract with vendor and supplier to ensure the most effective means of reaching the customer needs; Approved plans and budget for the projects and allocation of resources effectively; Evaluated deficiencies, downtime, made improvement plans, and facilitated execution; Liaison with government agencies, original equipment manufacturer, suppliers and vendors; Led team of >750 employees including all at managerial levels.
